I generally use Topcashback for QVC.  Right now it's 4% but it's fairly often 10%.  But it does take awhile for checks to be issued.

yes, while they have good rebates, topcashback is VERY slow to make the rebates available. ebates, retailmenot, and mr rebates all have faster turn around times. retailmenot has some of the highest cash back rates for qvc......sometimes as good as 20% recently.
