@RespectLife I don't do apps either...only use a 12 yr old laptop and the colors do not go across the old way...only the new way. There is a scroll bar that pops up if there are more than 3 color/options.

I use the app on my phone and my tablet. The colors still go across for me.

Same here. I'm on my iPad and just checked. Colors are still horizontal. I use the QVC App on my iPhone & colors are horizontal there too.

I am continually baffled by all the differences we see.

Does the browser make a difference?

I have Edge on both the work computer and my home laptop....and both have the colors the old way.

I've read here that things are diff depending on what browser, apple or android device etc.

@RespectLife It could be related to the browser one uses. However, if I remember right, when I started a thread on this new color/options set up the QVC IT dept installed, another posted about using their laptop with the same browser.

I switch off on 3 browsers throughout the day depending on what I am doing...Opera, Firefox & Chrome/Duck Duck Go. All 3 browsers on my laptop have the same QVC setup for the colors/options.

SMH...LOL
