Need some incentives to purchase!

Tonight I posted in the Susan Graver thread and was commenting in the price of her items. I began to realize that I was upset with the rising cost of QVC items in general. There have been many posts about high shipping costs, but it's true that when you add the cost of shipping, it really discourages the purchase in many cases. I cited an example of a name brand sweater I recently purchased at Macy's on sale, originally $58, marked down and with a 20% off coupon, it was $21. At the Q you may get easy pay, a TSV or a featured or one-time only price, but that's it. Nothing for spending thousands of dollars over the years. You even have to pay for the Insider magazine. It's getting simply not worth it anymore. Yes it's convenient, but there comes a price point where that doesn't matter. Added to that the recent concentration on computers and electronics, and it sure isn't as much fun as it used to be to shop the Q. How about some incentives for your loyal customers? Most major department stores have a tiered system - the more you purchase the more rewards, like coupons, you get after frequent shopping. Make it worthwhile, please, or you will lose me and others. Maybe you already have...
