Right now, something I returned for an exchange has been sitting in Lincoln Park, NJ for 9 days, & 3 days before that, in NYC.  THis is something I want to wear now.  By the time it gets to Q, is processed, & exchange shipped, it will be well into July.

Why can’t they have a policy like HSN’s, whereby the exchange item is shipped out immediately, not waiting for original to be returned?  HSN doesn’t even charge it for two weeks, so there’s time to return original item.  Another advantage is that you get to compare both items, & decide which may work better for you.  Thank you!
