To whomever did this:  How about informing your customer BEFORE you automatically change their nickname.  I was never told.  Couldn't sign in for 4-5 days, tried to reset password twice (didn't work) and then created a new password (still no sign in).  Finally I was able to sign in only to find QVC had changed my nickname.  Not customer friendly!!!!

Don't know when you were here last, but a lot of Posters had the same problem. Some were able to change it back to the original nickname. Mine hasn't changed and if it did I wouldn't care.

Most of the Posters announced what their names were before the change so that made it easier.

You are not alone. Most people think it was a glitch.
