Suggestion Box

QVC just added a new Customer Care forum which is listed just below the Suggestion Box forum.

I think this is a great idea because it allows everyone a direct way to have their QVC order issues resolved. 

I think it also helps to streamline the focus of the Suggestion Box forum. 

Thank you to all the QVC moderators for this great idea!!

     I think this is a very good idea!  It might take time for everyone to sort out which types of questions fit into which sub-forum (Q Talk, Suggestion Box, or Customer Care), but the more the merrier!
