More Gluten-Free Products, Please

Is there anyway more gluten free products can be made available?  I was on the wait list for David's GF Chocolate Chip Cookies FOREVER....and finally was told they are not available.  Anything than can be done would be appreciated.

Buy Tate's Gluten free cookies.  They are available in most grocery stores and Walmart and they are less expensive and better than David's.  All of their gluten free flavors are excellent.

Marilyn's has some good gluten free products - cakes and biscuits. I love fruit cake, but theirs is inconsistent - sometimes amazing and other times, under-cooked and icky.
