I feel certain it WAS NOT generated by QVC.  What purpose would it serve?  The less said about it the better.

The survey that's shown in the Antonella thread is fake...her last name is spelled wrong, it's Nester, not Nestor. Antonella did confirm that Q used the company to email a survey about her BUT I don't believe that's the survey they sent...it's been altered, maybe for phishing so if you get the email delete it.

Wow!  Why would QVC send out any kind of survey about any person?

That doesn’t make sense.
