About a year ago I was forced to change my log-in.  Now, whenever I try to post a  new topic or a reply on the forum my old password defaults.  When I change to new password I get an error message.  I think there is a glitch in your password lookup program, which is why I, and so many others, have problems logging into the forums.  This also happens occasionally when I order online, but not as consistently as when I try to post on the forums.  Obviously there are work arounds, otherwise I would not to be able to post here and now.  But it shouldn't be necessary to use "work arounds".  It should work the first time, every time.   Please bring to the attention of your IT department.  Somewhere in the program there is a bad lookup.

I have to log in twice before I can post.  Have no idea what the problem, but what a paiin.  Since they made these changes, it's been nothing but trouble.  One would hope there is someone at the Q that could fix the problem
