Moderators: Just where would you like people to express their views?

Have noticed very recently how quickly some threads/comments disappear, especially comments regarding some "golden" hosts! Was just wondering what the moderators would prefer a QVC customer do? Does the company prefer a letter, email, phone call or a note in the Forum? I do understand there are certain guidelines in the Forum, but it seems to me that there is some honest feedback in these forums. Are you reading these customer concerns or just sending the thread into the clouds to make things look pretty? Granted, some comments are brutal, but that's what any business has to deal with! The only difference is that you don't have a live person standing in front of you! Thanks!
