Well, since the models are standing for long periods of time .... in high heels .... on hard wooden floors ..... I think it would be easy for your position to shift ..... maybe watching the monitors helps them hold the position they need to hold?
Or ... Why don't you try it and see if you look for something to distract you?

What a ridiculous comment to make. This is a forum a place to share thoughts whether you agree or disagree. The models do exactly what the OP said, and so does Lisa. Why is that so hard for some of you to accept?

I no longer watch QVC but it seems I've heard about the issue of Lisa R staring at herself for ever and ever when reading these boards. I honestly have never noticed and I wouldn't know how to tell if she or anyone else was staring at herself. And if I did I think it's just too boring to bother mentioning over and over and over . . .

QVC films the shows with Three Camera Tape .... which means that there are 3 cameras rolling and only the camera currently filming has the red light. The hosts, vendors and models are constantly checking for the red light to be sure they're looking into the right camera.
It has nothing to do with "acceptance". Jeez ....

Honestly, if I was on camera regularly, I would look at the monitor too.
