I often get messages from QVC. It asks me to put in my password to read it.  When the Email is sent to me I don't want to take time to enter password, I just want to read the message.  It is a waste of my time . Please change this requirement.

When I print a return label it takes two papers. Please put the reason for return and the mailing form on same page. The instructions can be seperate.  This would save paper and ink for me and your customers.  Thank you

I'd be leery. This seems a potential scam. I get emails from QVC and none of them have ever asked me to enter a password to read them.

@reallycoldfeet

I agree with @stevieb   Sounds kinda spammy to me!

Emails asking for a password?  Been w/ Q since the start, order way too much and I have never been asked that.

Never rec'd email communication from them that would require that.

The reason for return should go inside the package being returned, so it makes sense it is on a separate page than the return label.

@reallycoldfeet As others have said - this is a scam.

QVC will only ask for your password when signing in on this website - qvc.com

They will never ask for it anywhere else - via email, via social media messages, etc.

Immediately change your password right now.

You have given your password to a hacker and they will now go on a shopping spree on your QVC account, steal your identity, etc.

That sounds sketchy to me.

I can verify the sender on my devices to see if it's even Q sending it.

I've never been asked to enter a password to read a message from Q.
