I think they should respond when they promote items and encourage people to follow them on social media, but don't provide enough information, and the products they promoted don't show up in searches on QVC's website.

I think Beth Chandler may be the person to contact to suggest more zippers on Susan Graver's pants.  She did a livestream a couple of days ago, and she seems very interested in getting feedback related to Graver items purchased.

Your comment reminded me of how hard it is to match navy to anything else. 

Supposedly there are more shades of navy than any other color.  I don't know why, but unless you get pieces from the same dye lot, there will always be variations. 

Maybe someone here knows why .... ???

This suggestion box is for QVC, so it's possible SG will never see your comments.

Why not put your comments somewhere in HER social media .... facebook or wherever you find her?   

Even if she never sees the comments, at least someone who works for her will be monitoring her accounts.

In theory, I think this is a great suggestion, but I've never had a QVC personality acknowledge or respond to my social media messages/comments regarding product suggestions or requests for item numbers.  Many times they don't even respond to the questions posted in their own livestreams.

@Catch71   The description for that number A618814 for her pants indicates they are "pull on" and off course the picture for the frontal vieew of the model has a blouse covering it.

Do you happen to own that pair which is why you know it has a zipper?
