Just watched Martha & Mary DeAngles present TSV. Mary does such a great job. But Martha was so intent on power washing everything she was ignoring the calls from the customers and appeared mesmerized with her tasks. It was difficut to hear the caller over the sound of the washer. Thank heavens Mary was there to speak for Martha with the customer. Its necessary to demonstrate the power and versatility of the item but not to the point where the caller is ignored while Martha was in a trance-like state washing everything.

Yeah...Martha will never be successful, if she's like that? Right??? Someone better tell her to correct this behavior, if she wants a career in this. (Like TV shows of her own, product lines in other retail stores...)
NOT.

Your kidding..........right
So many of the new hosts some of the old need skills.
All these new faux vendors are just out there yelling and over selling.
Q asked Martha to come back.
She is just fine for business.

Martha takes her job seriously, no matter what she's doing. And she always does it well. Some of us appreciate this, though it may look to others like she is too intense or focused.

The OP didn't say MS wouldn't be successful. She is pointing out that she is hard to watch, and blundering in her presentations on the Q. I agree she is. I have tried to watch her on here several times, and it is like watching an amateur. It actually makes me nervous to watch her blunder through the presentations.
Ellen is very rich and famous, but her line really hasn't gone over big here. Celebrity doesn't make you a QVC queen. If people don't like to watch you in the QVC setting, they won't buy and you won't be here long.
I personally get sick of seeing the hosts fawn all over Martha.

The call are ridiculous and add nothing to the presentation. Keep demonstrating Martha !!

Tell Martha that while she's on her way to the bank! Don't think she needs any type of "coaching!" She's done very well in her life! She herself is a very very good coach.
Even rich people have room for improvement. She definitely does in the area OP addressed.
