No! I sent an email  before the whole virus is thing. Sent another for the same issue 2 months later. I then get an email that customer service wasn’t taking anymore emails? So, I called customer service a few times imes was told there was no one to take my call. After over 32 yrs with the Q. I’m so mad. So, then I try the chat. Couple times it told me it was too busy. Most of the time it says I’m number 76 in line. It usually takes 40 +. How can I always be 76?.  Anyway, most likely f the time I called, my packages were 2 months late or I keep getting duplicates. So my issue from 5 months ago magically got fixed on my account. As far as the lunch and prime specials. I love them too. I think they aren’t doing on the weekends anymore. I wish they would come back. It would be nice to have communication for these things. Have a good one.

The qvc social team resolved my problem with a return very quickly.  I was impressed how fast they took care of my problem.
