Log on and Log off

Why do I have to hunt and figure out how to log on and log off of QVC’s site. It should be so easy and simple. Instead, I have to take and waste the time to hunt and figure it out. There should be a drop down menu at the MY ACCOUNT icon. It used to be so easy and simple to log on and off. But then again, it used to be so easy to navigate the entire website.

Edit update 10/11/2018: I was just signed in and in My Account showing my order I was checking on. I looked on the left side of the screen to sign out and it was not a listed option. All my other options were showing including Change Password but Sign Out was not listed. I went to Live Chat and the person told me to select Menu then My Account and then Sign Out. Why take the extra steps since I was already in My Account? The Sign Out option should have been on that screen.

It is easy. There is a sign in and sign out under the drop down. Why you find it difficult I couldn't say.

There's a sign in & out in the left column, under "Quick Links"

You can also tap/clic on your icon, just to the left of your notifications.

I agree with this post. Yes I know where to go to sign in, but in defense of OP......most online sights have a "sign in" visible on their home page.

Unclear now. I thought you were talking about signing in and out HERE, the forums.

Perhaps you are talking about signing in and out of your QVC account??
