So, I'm sitting here watching the Bethlehem Lights TSV and thinking that would be cute on my deck but I just can't justify at the cost once I add in tax and S/H. There's been a lot of talk about this lately so I started thinking.....

What if the Q did away with the 5 easy pay emails/letters it sends out and sends instead a voucher for one day that the customer chooses and he/she gets free shipping on EVERYTHING ordered that day!?!?!

I used to get the 5 easy pay offers every year but I stopped using them. I don't like buying something on installment for more than a couple of months. But I can guarantee you I've got a long list of things that I've refused to buy just because of the S/H charges.

Come on Q, show us how much your customers really mean to you!!!
