Re: LINEA: Please, please, PLEASE Bring Back our Forum!

I would love to see the Linea forum return!! I made many of my purchase decisions based on the postings from the Linea Ladies!! Going directly to the Linea Forum was super easy and all of the Linea postings were handily contained in one area.

Yes, please bring back the Linea forum.  I miss this forum that I found so helpful and enjoyable.

Re: LINEA: Please, please, PLEASE Bring Back our Forum!

I've been going to the Linea Forum daily since returning to Linea last year when planning a wardobe for a trip to Italy. I used to buy Linea ten years ago, and now my purchases have skyrocketed from zero to more than I planned! I have been helped immensely by the comments, recommendations, and suggestions of Linea Forum members. I love my Linea purchases, most of which have resulted from my reliance on this Forum. This experience has literally restored and improved my sense of style. This change makes it difficult to access a great sales incentive and support network for those of us wanting to BUY Louis' styles. He is the best designer on QVC. The company should rethink its decision which has had the inadvertant consequence of making it difficult for customers to access product information and enthusiasts.

Re: LINEA: Please, please, PLEASE Bring Back our Forum!

By now we've all received our buys from the last show and would be sharing fit advice and what goes with what. Without a sub-forum that makes it easy to do this, you'll notice it isn't happening. I tend to double-back after a show and buy what I passed on the first go-round based on feedback from other customers.

I know I have the ability to create a topic and float it to the top so I can find it, and tag it so it will appear if one looks for that tag, but it's just too complicated. We need a forum for this brand!

Please make it easier for me to give you my money!

I would also like the Linea Forum to be reinstated.  I use the forum as a reference for additional styling ideas, tips about caring for the garments, and often buy based on what I have read.  Thank you for considering this request.

Re: LINEA: Please, please, PLEASE Bring Back our Forum!

This has to result in a loss of sales.  Those sneak peeks, Louis's styling pics links to his site etc. on Linea are what got me to buy.  I have seen Louis on air maybe once in the past 18 months.  Just my personal schedule.  I can't be the only one who relies on board comments to buy just about anything from QVC.

TO QVC: surely you know the Communiy forum are a major marketing tool for your sales. The show hosts and especially the brief online descriptions don't begin to provide the information buyers need in order to decide to purchase items. These forums fill that huge gap. We need sub-forums to make this Communiy useful. RESTORE sub-forums, like the vital Linea group, please.

Re: LINEA: Please, please, PLEASE Bring Back our Forum!

Please do bring back the Linea forum.  The only reason I've begun shopping on QVC again is because I happened to catch a Linea show in the fall, and now I am regularly purchasing Linea pieces.  I'm in love with this line and want to be alerted quickly to sneak peeks and new items, not to mention sales!

Please QVC, your Linea Ladies want our own forum back!

I totally agree. The sub-forums--especially LINEA--were a big part of helping the designers sell and adding to QVC's bottom line.

Eliminating a community which enabled SALES is bewildering and although members are feeling the disappointment & frustration with QVC's decision to eliminate the sub-forums, it's ultimately bad news for the designers and for QVC. Once customers begin to drift away, you'll see the decrease in sales. Then, it will be too late to restore those communities who were such an essential part of the marketing and sales process.

Re: LINEA: Please, please, PLEASE Bring Back our Forum!

Gosh, QVC are you trying to get folks to remain purchasing from you or to make the experience less and less enjoyable. We need the Linea forum to keep in touch with the great line and others who share information and build excitement about purchasing no owning Linea. Change can be good but not in th face of what customers need or want.
