I don't buy much clothing from QVC, but if I ever got a letter like that, I would never order from them again. I can't imagine anything more insulting to a customer. If they are paying the expenses to return something, why should Q care? Maybe there would be fewer returns if they had better consistency on sizing.

I think the length issue is because the entire industry has gone to the so called ankle length in many but not all styles.

@Duckncover I have gotten the "letter" and it's very upsetting.and yes,using size chart does not always work.wouldnt be the first time I've been disappointed. I usually quit buying for awhile,and then when something eye catching comes ,along i, was a fine example.ive bought 2 things and free s/h helps
