I think dressing professionally requires different choices in different kinds of places/jobs. 

 

Josie and Mally dress professionally for their jobs..   I see no reason for them to change.

The philosophy reps always look great. Very polished and professional.

I think the difference is that Josie and Mally 'own' their brands and no one dictates how they should look or act.

You want my opinion? It's not such a bad thing to be "old-fashioned."  Not where good taste and profesionalism count. I find both these women to be boring and self-centered. Don't watch and don't buy.
