I think you should get rid of Joan Rivers. On her show she told her daughter to get rid of her pretty Nanny and get one with a hair lip!! I took it that people born with cleft lips aren't beautiful! I have a little granddaughter that was born with a cleft lip and found that remark very, very hurtful! But keep Paula please.
