Items that have no presentations/videos

I'm looking at some Hagit Gorali items. She isn't here much and when she is the same items get repeated, others are never shown in videos. Please start putting pictures of models wearing jewelry items on these (and others, not just Hagit). Some of the pictures of the item are so bad you have no idea what it really looks like.

This especially applies to earrings and rings, but would also be helpful with necklaces and bracelets to determine the scale of the item.

You also don't have the scale marker on many items anymore. Please include these with every jewelry item.

The pictures are my main request though.

Although Q's options have shrunk badly over recent years, I agree, they still have much more on the website than ever makes its way into the programming. Instead, they opt to keep repeating the same things over and over, and, as noted, not just among jewelry... It really is unfortunate there isn't more breadth to the programming, since it seems the presentations are then made into the online videos, and when videos are lacking and pictures aren't very helpful, it limits buying, especially given that customers are now paying shipping both ways, regardless of whether an item, once seen in person, suits them or not.

I also rely on videos since I seldom get a chance to watch tv presentations. And so many videos just ain't there!

Yes, I noticed the video option was no longer available on the iPad app starting in February. I still get them on the iPhone.app and of course .com, but it sure is irritating. Not sure if it will ever get fixed, but sure wish they'd hurry up if they're gonna fix it. In the meantime, take good care and good luck with the videos! FYI - There's a "Watching Videos" thread in "The Q Did What?" If you'd like yo post there, too! Someone may have some feedback for you. ??...
