Items on Air - Not Up to date with presentations

Is there anyway (like it used to be in past) that items on air can be match what is being shown on TV? There are many times - even right now watching Mary and Kim, they are so far behind of what is being presented. In the past, they matched as items were presented, they obvisouly know the line up of items that are going to be shown. Any way the Q can fix this? Thanks.

Many of these shows are pre-recorded. Bottom lower part of your screen.

@Group 5 minus 1 The OP is talking about LIVE shows, not prerecorded ones.

Kim G is on now, live. 10AM Eastern 10/30.

Items on Air are not up to date like they used to be and haven't been for a while.

The lag time is annoying, it wasn't always like this I wonder what is up with it? This morning I think that Rachel is on with Kim instead of Mary, I just checked it a few minutes ago.

Mary is on Live with Kim right now until 11 am and has been since 9 am.

The lag time is frustrating for the item on air.

Especially so when they've moved on to a new show and "items on air" is still only showing the previous program.

I'm confused. I have checked a few different times and what I see on my tv is the same as "item on air". This is what's on my channel right now. I have Directv. I wonder if that matters or am I not understanding the question.

"Items Recently On Air" on the website often doesn't reflect what item they're airing at the moment. It doesn't always happen, but I've noticed several times it may take several minutes for the current product to appear on the website. Which has caused me to have to search for the item number to pull up the item instead of being able to just click on it in "Items on Air" (and subsequently had my choice sell out in the meantime). The website has a time lag.
