Agreed, I would like to know also.   Everytime the box gets delivered it's in big bold print   though, MADE IN CHINA Smiley Sad    Such as all  of VPH and others.   If different parts are made in different countries then they should be obligated to list ALL of them.  JMO

It would be nice to know the complete origin of the products we buy. I love getting something that says "Made in the USA."

Right now, I am not buying anything except household essentials.

I almost caved in and bought a top rated Nespress Virtuo with the frother.  BB&B had a super price on this, but I was strong and resisted.

Because country's have different standers. I would love a pretty set of cups, but can't find them, because China has lead in a lot of their glass products. I live close to Fiesta ware but don't want that heavy of a cup. I wouldn't boycott a country, because I don't like that country, but I want a safe product.

@santorini    I hope you're prepared to do without most things including all electronics, appliances and most clothes.

If an item's origin isn't marked clearly, they have an obligation to find out for their customers.  If there are several locations these can be listed.

@Kachina624   Why would you use a quesstion to answer a question?  See how that works.

Just assume that most of it is made in China and most of the rest in other 3rd world countries.  These products that we are receiving now were most likely manufactored at least a year or more ago, have been packaged and sitting in warehouses.  They should be safe but possibly contaminated in shipping.  If you are ordering things now you take your chances.

Maybe you could call call customer service.

They might have a more detailed description.

Here's the thing though.

Say a company, let's call it Wanda's Wonderful Wardrobe, makes a shirt.

Well, that shirt can be made in several countries.

China could make some, India could make some, Uganda could make some.

So, to cover everything under one umbrella, the company lists the shirt as "Imported".

The Sky looks different when you have someone you love up there.
