I don't understand why both of his sneakers are advertised as coming in wides, when they have NEVER been presented with them in stock. No one in customer service can answer my question to this. As well as the hosts (when presenting these items) always say the wides are available, but when you look online or call they are not.
I have seen this with IM merchandise before and would like an explanation.
