Is it really that difficult??

For a host to go through colors/options and sizing before waxing poetic about the fine qualities of said product? I find very few hosts can do it even though that is the info we need to make a proper buying decision. It happens every Logo night no matter who is hosting (Amy, Sharon and yesterday Jayne who I had high hopes for.) I just watched a video with Albany presenting the Susan Graver TSV dress and she couldn't do it either.

C'mon QVC, train the hosts to do their job properly. Items are expensive and take time to receive. No one likes adding to either with returns.  Add to that the possibility of missing out on size and color while waiting for the host to go through selections. I know it's possible, I've actually seen Jill and Mary Beth do it.

You can find that info on the website.

Re: Is it really that difficult??

This is a TV shopping channel, this important information must be given by the show host as the items are being presented.

I for one have no intention of booting up my computer, finding my I-pad to look for something that should have been part of the host's presentation of the item.

Of course you can, quit being snarky.  But there could be several reasons why we customers might want to actually see the information presented on the television:

1. I don't have my computer at hand, or it is not booted up.

2. I don't have a home Internet connection. (Many people really don't, even though you think otherwise.  I work in a public library where many customers come in just to use our free Internet. A home connection can cost over $100 a month--which can be hard on your budget.)

3. Maybe we want to hear the items described while we are viewing the broadcast--perhaps colors and sizes are becoming limited.

4. If all of the actual ordering is meant to be done via the website as you suggest, then why on earth is QVC paying big bucks to even have a network with hosts and presentations?

If they would cut down on the kissing, schmoozing, silliness, etc.--they might even sell more! And have greater customer satisfaction... Imagine that!

Not an acceptable answer, IMO.  I shouldn't have to boot my computer to find out basic info about the on air item.  If Q is presenting an item on air, they should tell me what I need to know.  If I have to look it up myself via computer, it's likely that by the time my computer boots and I get to the website, the item or my color/size will be sold out.  It's not worth the hassle, IMO.

Oftentimes it seems colors are the main selling point.  It's the first thing the host describes and they return to them frequently during the presentation.

If they want me to spend my money, I want to see the garment as "up close and personal" as I can  - on TV not in a photo.  As I posted out in the LOGO forum yesterday where we were discussing this, the host is standing there and can see the garments - we cannot.  I need to see all my color choices right off the bat so I can order, esp. LOGO which sells out very quickly.   They can chatter about the garment's features (which Lori G. goes on and on and on about) after I see all the color options, esp. since oftentimes her garments are colorblocked and I need to see which colors have been put together on each garment choice before she starts blabbing about seams, only one continuous piece of material used, how many inches the lace is (I can see if it's wide or not if they just show me the garments!), etc.    Jayne infuriated me yesterday during the presentation of one item when Lori interrupted her own nonstop chatter and said "oops - I need you to get through the colors first" to which Jayne responded, 'Oh, it's OK" and let Lori continue about all the features before showing us the color options.   Well Jayne was standing in front of the rack and could see all of them - we could not.

I completely agree with @Debzzz 's  first post.  This needs to be addressed at QVC - let us see all the color options first before the vendor starts in on the garment's features and importantly, in Goldstein's case, before she starts covering up the garment being sold that the camera is zooming in on  with other garments she pulls out from the rack (not the ones being sold at the moment) to match up with the one the camera zoomed in on that I can no longer see because Lori is covering it up with some other garment in the show, not the one on air.  That should be stopped immediately so we can see the item the cameraman was trying hard to show us.  I love LOGO clothes but her shows are getting more and more frustrating to watch because we don't get all the product info we need before something in our size and color choice may sell out.

Jayne is the one who stopped the onair measurement info being given.

Totally agree with all the comments,

fabric info, sizing and colors then chit chat. Fabric info should be put on screen they never do that,

Yes, because if you buy too many clothing items because of lack of info on tv, they will send you a snarky letter that you have returned too many items and to please do your homework and check all descriptions online before your purchase.

Many women are interested in what sizes the models are wearing.  You can't find that information online.  I agree that the host needs to go through all the colors, tell us what size everyone is wearing, THEN go into the specific details of the item.
