Instructional/presentation videos not working

Finally unpacked my Frost Guard windshield protector- went to the product listing to be sure that I had put it on correctly- and the videos are not working. I've experienced this in the past. If the item is still being offered, and this is- at least the manufacturer's video should work. And by the way- I have a small Subaru Impreza - and the standard cover just fits with no room to spare. We'll see if it works!
