InsiderProblems

I just finished speaking with CS about the problems with the Insider.

I have been with QVC since the late 90"s and an Insider member for quite a few years.

We no longer receive hard copy issues and now can't seem to get the E versions.

QVC- we are all adults here and would like to be treated as such.

If you don't want to publish the Insider let us know.

If you can't correct your problems getting the E version to us let us know.

If your are making changes and it will take time let us know.

We are all adults and can take the bad news, but no information is not a good business plan.
