This host is so stuck on herself. She use to be nice but now she seems overwhelmed with power that she can say or do anything she wants. I think that is why so many complaints about her on the threads.

He found it funny.  I think it's just an excuse to target this host.  You're trying too hard just to get her fired.

I don't think they want her fired (maybe some..lol) but just to dial it down a bit. Perhaps she could act her age instead of her shoe size. Just sayin....

I never watch Shawn or Albany. Might be acceptable to the younger folk, but, for us mature women I find it repulsive.

Spoiler
Since I rarely watch anymre, I assumed it would be one of the above two hosts.  Neither should be walking a tight line between suitable and unsuitable. Both should reel it in. But IMHO, the guilt should come in alphabeticl order.

This Monday evening, Dennis Basso was objectified on air.  He wisely refused to "Come show us your butt"  on air.  How is this behavior acceptable?  Had a male host commented repeatedly, stopping the forward progress of the entire program , " Denise Basso you have a cute butt" " come show us your butt"   would there not have been an outcry of inappropriate, inexcusable, sexist behavior?

Since when is the vendor a "Cheeky Bugger" as Liam was called, on air,  by the very same host?

Since when is "girly" a proper title for an established designer ?  Examples of this condescending, belittling, inappropriate behavior abound.  There has been no evidence of corrective action.  Will the sensibilities of the viewer ever be considered in kind?

So out with it - which host was this? That's really awful to speak to a vendor that way. No matter WHO they are - but high end fashion designer? Some of the hosts get so ridiculous and I think they are being so silly and cute but it makes them look so dumb and probably upsets the vendors. It's totally a double standard too with the "show us your butt" - that's just awufl good grief.

@Perkup

Think those 2 even though married and one has kids are still singing to
"girls just want to have fun" haven't sowed their wild oats. yet.

I missed this.  Who was the host?

@asoutherngirl Shawn.

In any case, Dennis himself has no problem with making questionable comments.  It was all light-hearted and funny.

Okay.  In reading the other posts I now recognize the host who made the "inappropriate" comment.  That kind of silliness is something I have noticed in her and the reason I no longer watch a show she hosts.
