I've ordered from Amazon, free shipping, no tax and received the item (a suitcase) within 4 days. Amazon is amazing.

I've ordered from LL Bean, free shipping, no tax and receiving the item in 5 days.

I've ordered from HSN, 2 items, no tax and paid 1/2 price shipping on the second item which was an entirely different category from the first. Should receive them within a week.

QVC--can you match that???
