I Totally agree with previous contributor..

Not enough quality items-seems to be catering to the plus sizes and younger boho chic customers..Not enough regular models and moderate pricing.

Host's sometimes spend the whole hour on TSP !!!

Freight cost and prices too high and sometimes repremanded for sending too many items back , when they bragg about there return policy .

I don't buy from QVC like I used to when a prices were good and shipping was fast.

Great idea.  I would add combined, lower shipping on items in one order when they

come in the same box anyway.

They need a complete overhaul, from hosts, presentations, 3 networks that clearly don't work, repetitive offers for the same products, quality and S/H. They need to get back to basics and work from there.

I would like to see different hosts.

1. Free shipping after a minimum purchase amount.
2. Legitimate discounts on TSVs, instead of just a few dollars off the regular price.
3. Free shipping on TSVs
4. Longer return time limits...60-90 days.
5. Loyalty program that gives discounts or free shipping.
