Important - Problem signing in to Inside Q

I had this problem yesterday and again just now. I click on "Inside Q" at the bottom of any web page to go to the Inside Q section. When I click on the "enter" arrow in the header with David and the holiday cooking on Q promotion, it takes me to the sign in page. However, there is a "saved" email address that I do not recognize. I am the only person who uses my computer so it isn't an email address that was entered from my computer.

I removed that and typed in my email address & pin and I get a message in red saying my sign in is not recognized. The email address that showed on the sign in page yesterday was a different one from the address that showed just now when I tried to sign in.

My computer runs all of the utilities and scans everyday and I have not had any events occur in my security programs. However, I am concerned that some of the Q's users' sign in information may not be secure on your server and of course, I really would like to be able to get signed in to the Inside Q.
