Why is this even a thread? Not being snarky but. We know they do not listen to us. They listen to the 3 or 4 people they want to listen to, that tells them what they want to hear, but ignore the lot of us wishing to be heard. Our complaints fall on deaf ears. We are ignored. That's how it works.

You know I really miss that too! And I don't even really care for Jill. But I do miss the silver shows. She did do a good job with silver and seemed to be very knowledgeable about it. I did enjoy the shows, but sometimes I confess I watched them on mute.

I would do whatever I could to lower shipping costs; that's the one thing that could help QVC be competitive in the marketplace. I would make TSVs truly great values.....the price would be more than a few $ from the normal price. I would not dominate the entire day with hours and hours do the TSV.
