The way the hosts describe all these places you can go to and trips and on an island somewhere or skiing in the Alps! I don't know when management started this trend of hosts having to give us places and ideas where to go when selling a piece of clothing, but I'd be tuckered out if I went to that island, the Alps, the dinner party, the wedding, the lunch with the girls, house of worship, some beautiful sunny happy place, the beach, on a cruise, etc. etc.  I'm too old and tired! I call it a good week if I go to more than the grocery store, the pet food store and my house of worship!  Smiley Wink

I wonder how much the wardrobe for Leah's  much anticipated hayride is going to cost her?  I'm afraid she going to be disappointed,  sitting on dusty bales of hay with a bunch of overly excited kids.

I see an AM Style with a "what to wear on a hayride" theme along with a recipe for an appropriate hay ride mocktail.

@slmsia       The one I "love" the worst is THE BOARDWALK.      Do they understand that most places in the U.S. don't even have a beach????

@simsia

My favorite places are: my Family Room with my recliner and my bedroom with my rocker!

@Desertdi.  We have a strip of sand in the city along the Rio where kids can fish.  I don't think it counts although it's called Tingly Beach.  No boardwalk.

@Kachina624     Yup.    And my NEXT "least favorite" is HIKING.   At least where we live!   The PHX Fire Department spent the summer rescuing sorry souls off the mountains and hauling them off to the hospital.   di

@Desertdi.  same here.  Every tourist who comes to town wants to immediately climb our Sandia Mountains, not realizing the crest is 10,300ft high and a whole different climate with thin air.

Then hikin' may involve rattlesnakes too.

Thank you, ladies! I mean I'm sitting in my LazyBoy watching QVC and I'm thinking I'd be physically exhausted if I did everything they suggest just for a shirt or a skirt or a pair of pants!

It's just chatter and sales talk.  You aren't supposed to take it seriously.
