You need to have your webmaster program the product number to show when you are hovering over a product on your home page.  I love shopping QVC but when I see something I love on the home page, I have to go search for it which takes way too much time.  Keep up the awesome work!

On 5/22/20 I ordered a hair product that I have been using through QVC for years - I have never received it. The QVC website as well as the mail carrier both say "processing" and now they both say "Information void."  I have already paid for 1 of my 3 installment payments and the 2nd one is due in 2 days. I called customer service and was told that, since QVC is overwhelmed with calls, I can not speak to an agent at this time. The same thing happened when I tried to "chat."  On the Customer Service page, when I click on "email," nothing comes up so I do not know who to reach QVC - My suggestion is obvious - I suggest that I need help - you can find my personal information through my order number. Please help.

Hi @SABRA  thank you for posting in our Community forums today and for your recent order, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have issued a replacement and have upgraded the shipping, the EDD for the replacement is 6/24. The original order was returned to us, i apologize that happened. -Kim

I would take it a step further and have them program a link to the product so you can click on it right away.
