I'd like to receive product in a timely manner!

Has anyone else had a problem receiving product from Melania Trump's show on July 28? I had an estimated delivery date (EDD) of Aug 6 and am STILL WAITING receipt of product, 2 full weeks after ordering. According to my own very rudimentary research of product reviews, 11 of 20 products aired in the show have not received any reviews. Now, either no one ordered 11 out of 20 products in that show, which is highly unlikely, or I'm not the only one out there who's not receiving their product in a timely manner. Anybody? And is the QVC Melania Trump buyer listening? Is anybody listening, because all customer service can tell me to do is wait and wait and wait some more!
