I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM THEY WON'T CREDIT MY $$$ & ARE SENDING IT BACK TO ME!!

I AM SO UPSET RIGHT NOW I ORDERED A WATCH RECEIVED A RING INSTEAD (THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME THEY'VE DONE THIS TO ME) I RETURNED THE ITEM TO THEM & THEY'VE HAD THE RETURN ITEM FOR OVER A WEEK NOW & FINALLY SENT THEM AN EMAIL TO SEE WHAT THE DELAY ON MY $110 REFUND IS & THE RESPONSE I GOT: WAS THAT I RETURNED A RING INSTEAD & IT WAS RETURNED BACK TO ME & THE ITEM I ORDERED IS ON EASY PAY SO PAY UP!!!! I AM SO HUMILATED & INSULTED OVER THE TREATMENT I'VE RECEIVED. I PLAN ON DISPUTING THE CHARGE W/MY BANK, GOING TO CHECK INTO FILING COMPLAINTS AGAINST QVC. I KNOW IT WON'T DO ANY GOOD BUT IT'LL MAKE ME FEEL BETTER. I'VE BEEN A QVC CUSTOMER FOR OVER 25 YEARS!!!! AND THIS IS HOW IT ENDS UP. THE ONLY THING I'LL MISS ABOUT NOT SHOPPING @ QVC ANYMORE IS TEMPTATIONS & THE BEAUTY KITS... BUT WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO IT IF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THERE WHICH IN THIS CASE ITS NOT BECAUSE I WAS BASICALLY CALLED A LIAR NOTHING IS WORTH THAT!!! I REFUSE TO GIVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO ANYONE WHO HAS THE NERVE TO TREAT ME IN SUCH A DEGRADING MANNER
