Hot Chocolate Bombs ADVANCED order

Imagine my surprise to see my August advanced order had been canceled on December 3rd. I'm very disappointed and wondering why no communication was received. I happened on this, only by monitoring my account.

There will be 3 people disappointed, as these were gifts I intended to give.

Oh well, sign of the times.

That's disappointing, they sure pushed them for a while. Hope you can find some sort of replacement locally.

they have all kinds of yummy foods for Christmas

Bakeries and candy stores are selling them here - hope you find some. You could even try eBay - I bought them there last year.

No more advance orders for me unless I on't care when I receive the item.

Update friends!

I have been in contact with the supplier and they are AMAZING. They are willing to fulfill my order, honor QVC's price, including free shipping! The owner responded quickly with a very lengthy reason which made perfect sense. I will continue to deal with the company direct. Even said QVC was notified of their inability to fulfill orders BEFORE Thanksgiving. My order was not canceled until 12-3 by QVC.

Last update, I promise.

My bombs shipped yesterday, directly from vendor. Owner of the company made the bombs as the company is swamped.

what outstanding customer service, she also said she tucked in a surprise for the inconvenience!
I'll continue to support this small business in Indiana.

Sorry to hear that. There have been several posts about chocolate bombs. After missing out last Christmas, I managed to snag mine early on at Costco. But this year I've seen a lot more of them. I've seen them at Target, Publix, and Kroger. Most recently at Publix 2 days ago and they were Hershey chocolate bombs for $2.50 a piece. Maybe you can find them some where else?
