When the hosts have many colors of items to show holding their note cards is nearly impossible. I have noticed that when this occurs, they lay the cards on a small table behind the clothing rack, on their chair, they ask someone to hold them, and even sometimes chuck them on the floor. All of these solutions are ok. However, when Carolyn Gracie puts the note cards between her legs, and calls attention to it, it is less than classy and downright crude. I am sure many people do the same thing, but they are not on national TV. And it's still crass. Please ask Carolyn to stop this.

I notice she does that....but she usually stands for her shows and maybe she doesn't have that table behind the stand....otherwise I should think that's where she would lay those cards....I could be wrong..

With all the different colors of garments and all the hosts fumbling and bumbling to remember them all and trying to read from these cards--(it's unprofessional and wastes time JMHO) so why can't QVC come up with some solution to this problem---one poster suggested a label on the hangar stating the color--GREAT IDEA!

Some hosts are just classier than others and unless the QVC higher-ups call them out, it will never change. I think Carolyn is probably a lovely lady, but her style is not up to the level of a home shopping host. She wears clothing much too small, blouses are usually pulling at the buttons and her clothes are usually wrinkled, as if she just took a long nap and showed up on the set. Again, she is a pretty lady and seems very pleasant, but appearance is everything when you are on TV, especially when you are presenting clothes, jewelry, etc. IMHO

What a great idea!

Watching Lisa R. try to hold ALL those hangers when going through the colors is ridiculous. Sometimes she has two or three people holding the items there are so many colors. There had to be a better way to show the colors
