Yes they are and having to constantly log back in is a pain in the neck.

If this is about the sign on photos, mine never left until I lost electric for about 15 minutes about an hour ago.  I have a special surge protector with a battery that keeps my computer on for about 5 minutes, then it shuts it down.

When I signed back on here, there were no photos.  Signed out to test, and again, no photos.

QVC could have fixed the problem, but we'd need to turn our computers off for it to take effect; however, this wasn't the case for me because, of course, I turned off my computer before the electricity went out.

Some things can't be explained.

I've just signed in.  No photos, just the normal login screen.

Actually I haven't experienced it in a couple days but i do have to sign in 2/3 times.  Also I am so sick of the Get The APP banner.  Ugh.  What's the big push for the App.  If I wanted to use the APP I would use it.

I have said many times QVC needs a new IT service group.  For such a large company, they have many glitches and the IT people fool around with "playing" with web design instead of concentrating on fixing issues.

Yes, my thoughts too.  My husband works for a living in IT and they love him.  He's ON THE BALL and gets things done quickly and efficiently.
