My hope is that OP knew the EDD when she clicked on order and that she's also been reading the boards long enough to know QVC is working on revamping their shipping/delivery.
Although I have not encountered a delivery problem this spring, if I needed a product before or even on or close to itnsEDD, right now I might not buy that item here. There have certainly been way, way more than enough complaints about the issue - as if the change will happen if people just complain enough. The complaints are every bit as boring as the repeated Qcard commercials. To quote Dr. Phil "How' that working for you?"

Well I see the tracking history of a parcel moving steadily toward it's destination.
Nothing looks stuck, or is lost in the truck and pinging back & forth between cities.
It arrives, they scan it in.
It departs, they scan or out.
Where is the complication and mystery?
What's your EDD?
And how is this a suggestion?

Get a blank map of the USA and with a black bold Sharpie............mark the route - routes this order took to get to delivery point.
