It was funny....just this morning i was thinking of when QVC started out.....and presentations were like 5-6 mins per product....they put a timeclock up shortly after starting to show a product......and the hosts had to get all the important information out within that time....and because they were focused on that ....we always heard the details we needed to hear to order or not (and not endless ways we can wear or use the product...at the beach, by the pool, out to lunch, ugh...)...........and i can't believe that they didn't sell more products  with more variety and quicker presentations.............instead of these  long TSV hours..........20 mins in between showings.....these days ANY item is shown for at least 10 mins.(way too long) ........but i agree.....now between Q2 Big Deal and TSV it seems like even less variety of products...the same vendors over and over...and like others said....they are producing the "same" things......

All i can say is they MUST be profiting....and if not...they should look back to the beginning and what made them a success in the first place and try to implement those practices again...

@kelsey17  You are so right!  I was watching Rachael present a OrYany bag yesterday and she spent most of the time telling us where she would put things in her bag.  It was very detailed which I myself could care less where she puts her ibprofen.  She didn't give much details about the bag.

I long for the old days of QVC when the emphasis was on shopping. Now its on what the hosts are doing, their lives and what they do with the products. Please go back to the old way....I don't care to hear all about the host's life!
