I recently placed some orders from QVC because I just couldn't find them elsewhere. They arrived within a week. I was very happy. I do have one item that has been in process for over a week. I don't have to have it but it was for summer & it's one of their brands. Our summer is done by mid to end of August. I thought it would get shipped right away like my other orders. There really should be a chance to cancel delayed orders. Then all of a sudden I had one item ordered & in stock only to see the next day it was on back order. Very strange computer system, I just cancelled it when I saw the status.
