[Catastrophe]

QVC/HSN could you please show on the TV Screen:

When selling  Shoes:

The Heel height

The Vendors and Hosts very rarely mention the heel height and when they are holding the shoe they are holding by the heel so you can't see it.  Also, when they are displayed on the table the way they are positioned the heel is placed where you cannot tell.

Please do something about this.  This would accommodate your customers.

@Catastrophe   I agree.  It would be nice to know the heel height of shoes being presented without having to go online and look it up.  Rarely, do they seem to make mention of this.

I feel like they do mention heel height. But maybe I am remembering wrong. Obviously they could relay the information more than they are doing.

   There are so many basics that many of the Hosts do not provide. In my opinion , QVC doesn't need Hosts  as they  do not provide anything to the product. Just have the Reps provide all the info

@SaveTheTurtles   You're right.  Some of the better vendors themselves will always mention the heel height.  Unfortunately though, it's not those that have the most air time.  It wouldn't bother me to see a graphic with it either.

Oh but don't you know the reps aren't entertainers and the hosts have to keep us entertained!!  Lol.  😄

I've heard heel height mentioned in the past, but I don't watch that many shoe shows since QVC doesn't present many styles that I would be interested in.
