Had To Send E-mail for Help To QVC UK.......RIDICULOUS

now I am really ticked with QVC... I love TOVA Signature and of course now that you own it and do not want to manufacture it any longer we can not get much here in the US.. However the item I really want, TOVA Body Souffle is on QVC UK but I can not buy it....why? Why can the UK have it and I can not? I have tried your customer service email 6 times today and can not get an email through, however, I did manage to get one through to the UK...why is that? Have you completely shut down customer service email???? I would like to know.
