I do not understand why the hosts aren't eating the food.  They go to restaurants and eat food that has been cooked and served by strangers!  I truly bothers me to think that all the food is going to waste.  Now if the food is going to the staff after the show...

One more thing...I and many other QVC followers agree that it gets old when the host continually interrupts the person who is representing the product.  Please stop!!!

Probably, because, I am just assuming, they have food prep people, food stylists and many others that are handling things and they want to limit what their hosts touch?  Due to covid we are living in a "don't touch" society.

Eating got out of control - host munching - chewing - talking with their mouth full of food..........virus was a good  'reason' ........to make a change...(period)

Most of the food shown is prepared in advance and sits there for quite some time before presentation. I remember years ago, Bob Bowersox said he became very ill eating food on the set that had sat there far too long to be edible.

The food sits under those hot studio lights and is just not safe for anyone to consume.

As far as the "interrupting" goes, several hosts have responded that with the few second time delay with Skype, it may seem like they're interrupting, but it's not intentional.

I'm happy they aren't eating the food but some of the hosts (Jayne and Pat James) look like they are dissecting a frog in biology class with the way they cut the food!

They must not cook at home although I've heard Jayne brings in goodies for the hosts.
