Why does it take so long for orders to be shipped? Items are "in process" for days before they head to the customer. This gives me plenty of time to think about and possibly find a better price elsewhere, or cancel. Lousy job, QVC.

True, count on 3 days in processing as the least amount of time, then, figure in sitting in one spot for another couple mine sits in Harrisburg, N J think it is for days at a time till somebody kicks it out the door to begin it's journey.
Then if it goes by UPS takes them 2-3 days to get it close to Tx. then,it's switched over to USPS takes another couple of days to get their act going.
so, figure on 2 wks to receive something, also, figure in all of America's Monday holidays at least 1-2 a month.

How about the fact that everytime I order a Quacker item it seems to ship half way around the country before it gets to me!! I usually check the tracking and for example yesterday it said my item was in NJ, now today there "is no tracking info available".
Give me a break, nonsense!!

Not to worry. Amazon will probably purchase QVC and your orders will be delivered via drone in two hours. 😊

Really and truly I think if somebody bought out the Q that would whip it into shape they would be a force to be reckoned with.
They need to appeal to the folks who don't have cable either.
My sister doesn't have cable, satellite, etc. and she always feels 'less then' when I tell her I got this or that at QVC. Out of her range of possibility.
I'd appeal to a wider range of folks. Speed up the ordering process just as a beginning. We need Warren Buffet to get up in there. LOL One other man whom I can't mention too. LOL

I ordered an item late yesterday and today I find I already have it.
So early this AM I try to cancel it. I cannot! It is ,"in the process"............
OH YEAH,I BET IT IS!!!!..........not!
It will now stay ,"in the process" for over a week ,showing ,"Billing info received" or whatever they say!
and I will not get the item untill June 30 or maybe July! ![]()

i oredered the freshsaver foodsaver that was om ITKWD on sunday and it was just delievered today wendsday by UPS.however the disposal guards that were also on the same show are still in process.the Q must have many places they ship from or the companies that sell these products do the shipping from their warehouses

@MalteseMomma I ordered something on Sunday and cancelled it early Monday morning. It said it ships direct from the vendor and was already being processed but to check back to see if the vendor was able to cancel it. I looked today and thankfully it was indeed cancelled. I agree with you, over the last few months orders sat "in process" for 5 to 7 days and weren't delivered for at least 10 to 14 days. I used to get my orders within 3 or 4 days max.
