I placed an order nine days ago, and it is still sitting as "preparing your order" with an email saying that the shipment has been delayed. I tried canceling this order twice, and was told I was not able to cancel it. This is absolutely ridiculous! If the item is not going to be sent within 48 hours, allow us to cancel our orders! Having orders sit in preparation for almost 10 days is not good business.

I agree especially that any delayed shipment should have that option.

Absolutely! I keep getting emails on a Breezies bra that is 'way overdue. i really don't need it!!
