I noticed tonight that QVC has gone back to showing the VIDEO of an item first when we look at an item on line. PLEASE go back to giving us the photo of an item first! We need to see the item first, and If we want to then look at the video, we can click on it.

You did this once before, and I disliked it then, and I dislike it now. I want to see a picture of the item first, and I hate to have to click on "photo" every single time I'm shopping on line because the video option comes up first. To give us the video option first makes absolutely no sense and is frustrating because you can't see a good picture of the item.

Please go back to the old way...don't fix what isn't broken!
