Hi everyone! If you're getting an "invalid" error when entering a gift message on an online order it's because it doesn't like punctuation. Can you believe that? What is our society coming to? 
So try it without, even if it looks flat or doesn't make sense.
QVC, can you fix this? I am totally ok with it eating into my 60 character limit just so I get my message across!
